🐎 Have you ever been in the presence of a herd of Horses? 🐎Have you ever felt a movement within you? That primordial rhythm. The language that came before words. Where has it brought you? What has it shown you? 🐴This podcast, Liberate a Horse~Liberate Yourself, will invite people's active listening, to conversations that take the Horses perspective in to consideration. 🐴It will share also how people have grown in conscious awareness in many aspects of their life as a result of Horses influence in their lives. 🦄 It is with bubbling excitement that I share this podcast with you. Many moons ago I would not have had the confidence to create something like this. The Horses definitely sparked something within me. In my relationship with the Natural world, I am called to step outside of my comfort zone and offer this podcast to you Liberate a Horse~Liberate Yourself 🦄My intention for this virtual audio space, is to bring fresh perspectives to how we are with ourselves, and with horses. To draw upon, and remember, a primordial pulse that connects us to Nature as a whole. The Horse is a wonderful guide and teacher for this. A teacher that touches upon knowledge you already have within you.

In this episode we hear from Lisa Tully from East Wicklow. Lisa is an animal intuitive, healer and communicator based here in Ireland. She will share with us some of her experiences with Horses and Shamans in Mongolia and how that shifted her work with these magnifect animals when she retruned home.
Check out her website //animalhealing.ie/

This conversation was recorded outside in East Wicklow by the Horses, Waters, Lambs and Lawnmowerss in late April 2020. I recorded a part before and after outside at my home in West Wicklow.
You will also be invited to take part in a Nature Meditation at the end of chat, if you so wish. You may hear the sound of a didgiridoo in a couple of places in this podcast episode. It was calling!
This instrument is of the Australian Aboriginals. A spokesperson has given their blessing on behalf of the people, that Western people may use this instrument and that they have no problem with Western women using it. Thie didgiridoo is something I began to enjoy playing on my first ever trip to my favourite herd in Tuscany and so it will hav a Horse Connection for me personally in this way.
